NATURE OF BUSINESS
MayanCraft.org operates exclusively as a B2B wholesale catalog site. We do not process online transactions. All inquiries and orders are handled through direct communication and quotation.
ORDER PROCESS & MINIMUMS
- All orders must be requested via direct correspondence.
- Minimum order quantities and values apply depending on the product category.
- Orders are confirmed only once manually approved by our team.
PRODUCT QUALITY & RETURNS
- Each product is handcrafted and thoroughly quality-inspected before shipment.
- Due to the artisanal nature of our products and international logistics, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances.

SHIPPING & LOGISTICS
- MayanCraft is not a logistics provider.
- We help coordinate shipping via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other carriers designated by the buyer.
- Clients may also choose to use their own shipping label and logistics partner.
- Shipping fees are NOT included in listed prices. These are calculated separately based on weight, volume, destination, and packaging.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, photographs, product designs, and branding shown on MayanCraft.org are the exclusive property of MayanCraft. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MayanCraft takes every reasonable measure to ensure the accuracy and reliability of its content. However, we are not liable for:
